Presales Representative
Location: Linden
Full-time
To achieve sales targets by providing a complete sales service to all potential and existing
customers on assigned routes to achieve the objectives of the Company’s Sales and Distribution
system.
- Visit assigned retail and wholesale customers on a structured route to take sales orders in advance of delivery.
 - Promote and upsell company products based on promotions, seasonal trends, or customer needs.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their buying patterns and business needs.
 - Ensure accurate capture of orders using mobile devices or order forms.
 - Provide product knowledge, pricing, and promotional information to customers.
 - Track competitor activity and report market intelligence to the Sales Manager.
 - Resolve customer queries and communicate any issues to the appropriate internal teams.
 - Collaborate with delivery, merchandising, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
 - Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance goals.
 - Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and feedback.
 
Qualifications
- Must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills.
 - Candidate is required to have a minimum of 5 subjects C.X.C
 - A minimum of one (1) year experience in Sales.
 - Must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills.
 - Must possess numerical skills to interpret statistics and make commercial decisions.
