ANSA McAL, on Thursday, 27th October 2022, commemorated its 30th anniversary by launching a spanking new building in Palmyra Berbice which now houses our Berbice Branch that comprises office space, warehousing, ANSA Mini Mart, ANSA Motors and the Colour Shop. This journey for a permanent, ANSA-owned residence for the Berbice facility started over fourteen years ago. The new building in Berbice is a testimony of the company’s dedication towards investment in region 6.
Managing Director Troy Cadogan reflected that Berbice has always been included in the company’s developments since ANSA McAL was established in Guyana in 1992. In the future, the region will remain part of the company’s extension plans, hence the new location, which encompasses all ANSA McAL’s businesses except for iRadio. He also mentioned that the vision supports offering employees and our valued customers a new and improved experience.
In a key address during the ceremony, Mr Ryan Alexander, The President of the Berbice Chamber of Commerce and the Vice President of the Guyana Private Sector Commission, lauded the company for leading in support of businesses and investment in additional real estate, employment, and the customer experience in region 6. He singled out the inclusion of the Colour Shop, which he believes will support Berbice in selecting the best paint for the construction sector, which is booming in the Region.
You can find ANSA McAL’s new and improved Berbice branch, which is brightly painted in blue, and represents the company’s official colour, located at Lot 1 Palmyra, East Canje, Berbice.
