ANSA McAL Group of Companies officially launched its subsidiary, ANSA Building Solutions
(ABS) on September 12 th , 2023 at the Guyana Marriott Hotel.

ABS began its operations in January 2023 and has since been fulfilling the infrastructural
demands of our fast-growing nation with quality products and solutions for every project.

Speaking at the event was Hon. Min. Bishop Juan Edghill, Minister of Public Works, who
congratulated the company for its investment in Guyana over the years, even while the
investment climate was “shaky.” He highlighted that Guyana has “to find ways to innovate, ways of working with development partners, that is why ABS should be welcomed.”

Chief Executive Officer, Anthony Sabga III, noted the employment opportunities offered to
Guyanese since the establishment of ABS. A team will be heading to Trinidad for training in
painting; quality paint that has been made to suit the Caribbean’s weather conditions “in an array of colours.”

Head of Construction at ANSA McAL, Christian Llanos boasted that ABS’s plans for Guyana
are aimed at providing “solutions” to problems.
