AMDI’s Human Resource department hosted its first Job Fair on the 5th of March in Bartica. Residents attended the event in their numbers, and this resulted in it having a favourable outcome as the team was able to secure four new staff for the company. In addition, graduates who were seeking jobs also benefited from useful tips from HR personnel to help them sharpen their skills in securing jobs. The success of this venture embodied this year’s theme, “Elevate Ansa 2022”.
Bartica’s Job Fair set precedent for ANSA McAL Recruitment Webinar on LinkedIn. The webinar was chaired by HR head Mrs. Kara Boyce while Shivon Dazzel, Human Resource Officer and Shyon Hoppie, Human Resource Coordinator ensued with guidance on acquiring jobs and promoted some of the company’s vacancies to the online participants. Over 30 persons joined the live webinar while 1,572 viewed the video on the page’s timeline. Most of them were youths. This was an opportunity for ANSA to connect with people on the platform and accomplish more advantages for the company.
