As part of its “Growing with Guyana” commitment, ANSA McAL continues to strengthen its roles as a trusted partner in national development by investing in the education and the future of Guyana’s young people.
Through its NGSA Bursary Programme, ANSA McAL Distribution Inc. (AMDI) recently awarded bursaries to students who successfully completed the National Grade Six Assessment (NGSA), providing them with financial support as they embark on their secondary school journey.

For more than a decade, the bursary programme has provided sustained support to students, extending beyond the initial award to continue for five years throughout their secondary school journey. The initiative reflects ANSA McAL’s belief that education is one of the most powerful investments that can be made in a young person’s life
“These young people represent Guyana’s future leaders, innovators, professionals and changemakers. Through the NGSA Bursary Programme, we are proud to play a part in their journey and to provide support that can make a real difference over the course of their secondary education,” said Padma De Lima, General Manager, AMDI.
The company remains committed to creating opportunities that empower young people, strengthen communities and contribute to a brighter future for Guyana.
