ANSA McAL has donated two pieces of heavy equipment to support ongoing humanitarian and recovery efforts in Venezuela. Supplied through ANSA Motors Guyana, the donation forms part of a broader regional relief initiative led by the Government of Guyana.
A Backhoe Loader and a Skid Steer Loader, valued at USD $124,555 (GYD $27,400,480 | TTD $846,574) will be transported to Venezuela aboard a vessel scheduled to sail on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. The equipment was delivered on Saturday to meet the scheduled shipping timeline.
Anthony N. Sabga III, Group Chief Executive Officer of the ANSA McAL Group, said the effort reflects the importance of regional cooperation in moments of need.
“When our neighbours face difficult times, we all have a role to play. This is a moment for the region to come together, and we hope this contribution supports the rebuilding ahead for the people of Venezuela.”
As one of the Caribbean’s leading diversified groups, ANSA McAL continues to work alongside governments, partners, and communities across the region to support resilience and deliver meaningful assistance to our regional neighbours where it is needed most.
