Job Summary
The Marketing & Engagement Officer is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives, driving brand engagement, supporting promotional campaigns, and strengthening relationships with customers, communities, and internal stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and community channels.
- Coordinate promotions, activations, launches, and CSR initiatives.
- Manage content creation for social media, internal communications, and marketing collateral.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing and engagement reports.
- Liaise with sales teams, agencies, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
- Support event planning, sponsorships, and community outreach programmes.
- Ensure brand standards and messaging consistency across all platforms.
- Assist with customer engagement initiatives and feedback collection.
- Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and activity trackers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- At least 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or brand engagement.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management, and basic design tools.
