We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, promoting our brands, and driving sales growth within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Promote and sell company products to achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities
- Ensure timely merchandising, stock checks, and product visibility in stores
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, feedback, and market insights
- Execute promotional activities and support marketing initiatives
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer engagements
Requirements
- 5 passes at CSEC/CXC (including Mathematics & English)
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or distribution (an asset)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and target driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence and be willing to travel for work
- Having post-secondary qualifications or prior experience in a comparable position would be an advantage.
