AMDI is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to lead the team and oversee daily store operations. The candidate should be customer-focused, results-driven, and capable of creating positive shopping experiences while achieve company’s sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day store operations,
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishments
- Achieve sales and profitability targets
- Handel scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising and compliance with company’s policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field would be an asset.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a retail environment, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in inventory management, cash handling, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
