Job Summary
The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring optimal product visibility, correct shelf placement, and attractive in-store presentation of company brands, in line with merchandising standards, to drive sales and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets to merchandise products according to company guidelines.
• Ensure products are correctly priced, faced, and rotated (FIFO).
• Build and maintain attractive displays, end caps, and promotional setups.
• Monitor stock levels on shelves and in backrooms and request replenishment where necessary.
• Remove damaged, expired, or near-expiry products and report discrepancies.
• Ensure planograms and merchandising standards are consistently implemented.
• Capture and report market intelligence including competitor activity and pricing.
• Work closely with sales representatives and delivery teams to support outlet needs.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and merchandising reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum secondary school education.
• At least 1 year experience in merchandising or retail operations is an asset.
