Job Summary
The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of goods to customers while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with road safety and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Load and unload goods safely, ensuring products are secured properly during transport.
• Verify delivery quantities, obtain customer signatures, and handle proof of delivery documentation.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep.
• Adhere strictly to road safety regulations, company traffic policies, and responsible driving standards.
• Collect cash, cheques, or other payments where applicable and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Report delivery discrepancies, damages, or customer issues to the supervisor.
• Represent the company professionally at all customer locations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a delivery driver, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
• Good knowledge of local routes and road networks.
