Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by developing strong customer relationships, expanding distribution, and achieving volume and revenue targets within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned outlets regularly to promote and sell company products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, distribution goals, and call coverage standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers.
- Ensure product availability, correct pricing, and proper shelf placement.
- Implement promotions, product launches, and in-store activities.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and consumer trends.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Work closely with delivery, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum secondary school education.
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in FMCG or field sales is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
