Job Summary
The Pre-Seller – Health & Wellness is responsible for building sales by visiting assigned retail outlets, securing orders, promoting the health and wellness product portfolio, and strengthening customer relationships to achieve volume and distribution targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned outlets daily to take orders and promote health & wellness products.
- Ensure product availability, correct pricing, and optimal shelf placement.
- Educate customers on product benefits, promotions, and new launches.
- Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and pharmacy personnel.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market feedback to management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, call coverage, and distribution objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and customer information.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, merchandising guidelines, and responsible marketing practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum secondary school education.
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical/health product sales is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
