Event Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our dynamic
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide
range of events, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for our staff.

Areas of Responsibility:

  1. Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and
    preferences. Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and
    resource requirements.
  2. Logistics Management: Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue
    selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, transportation, and accommodation.
  3. Vendor Management: Identify and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to
    ensure cost-effective and high-quality services. Maintain strong relationships with key

    troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all elements align with the planned schedule and vision.
  5. Budget Oversight: Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring
    adherence to financial guidelines. Provide regular financial updates to clients and management.
  6. Client Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients throughout
    the planning process. Address client concerns promptly and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
  7. Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze the success of each
    event, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.


  1. Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field with five (5) years’ experience.
