Customer Service Representative – Essequibo

Job Summary:
To interact and build sustainable relationships with our customers by providing professional pre and post-sales customer experience

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders for walk-in customers
  • Answers customer calls about product enquiries
  • Assist with processing orders for some Key Account Sales Representatives.
  • Checks cashier
  • Prepares return authorization notes to be processed.
  • Assist in carrying out quarterly stock count check

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Diploma
  • 2 Years Relevant Experience
  • Must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills
