Job Summary:
To interact and build sustainable relationships with our customers by providing professional pre and post-sales customer experience
Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders for walk-in customers
- Answers customer calls about product enquiries
- Assist with processing orders for some Key Account Sales Representatives.
- Checks cashier
- Prepares return authorization notes to be processed.
- Assist in carrying out quarterly stock count check
Qualifications:
- Relevant Diploma
- 2 Years Relevant Experience
- Must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills
