Job Summary

To interact and build sustainable relationships with our customers by providing professional pre and post-sales customer experience

Responsibilities

Daily

  • Process sales orders for walk in customers.
  • Provides pre and post sales customer service.
  • Answers customer calls about product enquiries.
  • Assist with processing orders for some Key Account Sales Representatives.
  • Checks cashier every other day.
  • Prepares return authorization notes to be processed.

Weekly

  • Checks cashier.

Quarterly

  • Assist in carrying out quarterly stock count check.

Requirements:
  • Relevant Diploma
  • 2 Years Relevant Experience

Must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills.
