Responsibilities
Daily
- Process sales orders for walk in customers.
- Provides pre and post sales customer service.
- Answers customer calls about product enquiries.
- Assist with processing orders for some Key Account Sales Representatives.
- Checks cashier every other day.
- Prepares return authorization notes to be processed.
Weekly
- Checks cashier.
Quarterly
- Assist in carrying out quarterly stock count check.
Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma
- 2 Years Relevant Experience
Must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills.
