Medical Sales Representative

Requirements

  • Must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a science related discipline including but not limited to Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing.

Responsibilities

  • Detailing to Doctors and Pharmacists. (Minimum of 7 Doctors and 3 Pharmacies daily).
  • Meet monthly targets
  • Build and maintain trade relationships with customers and ensure that all potential opportunities for sales are fully exploited. Document coverage via recorded visits to customers. Visit key customers in the right frequencies to ensure fulfilment of customers’ needs in a manner consistent with the Company’s Policy.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly orders to Principals based on stock rotation as evidenced by the monthly Stock & Sales Report plus all pending orders (i.e. awaiting shipment, in-transit or landed and awaiting Customs clearance).
  • Keep abreast with the competitions’ activities and market dynamics, including market intelligence, sales penetration, market share development, pricing, promotional offers, and other sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Be familiar with all training materials provided by the Principals, regarding existing and new products. Keep Doctors and Pharmacists informed on the features and benefits of all products.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned periodically.

Senior Human Resource Coordinator

Requirements

Completion of Masters Degree in HR, Business or related field

Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Management.

Management abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication, computer literate.  Individual must be confidential and discreet.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment of employees.
  • Conduct structured orientation program for new employees.
  • Co-ordination of annual Performance Appraisals.
  • Coordination of annual KPI roll-out
  • Ensure personnel information and files are kept up-to-date
  • Industrial Relations – attending union meetings and negotiations on behalf of company.
  • Support/lead all investigations into breaches and make recommendations for necessary action.

Junior Brand Manager

Description

To implement Marketing Strategies and Objectives with the aim of expanding commercial position and ensuring that targets are met.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Marketing
  • 1 year Relative Experience
  • Must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop brand identity, strategy and positioning with all marketing mix elements.
  • Prepare and execute Strategic Marketing Plans and monitor progress on Brand Plans and Projects with analysis of brand and competition performance.
  • Understand and monitor sales forecast accuracy to better understand in-market trends and support Company Policy on inventory holding/stock position.
  • Attend promotional activities and analyze effectiveness of marketing programmes including effectiveness, and complete necessary reports to support.
  • Visit customers across Key Accounts, Pre-sales and van sales in all 3 counties on a weekly/quarterly basis, followed by reports that show gaps/opportunities, highlights and next steps.
  • Liaise with Sales and Distribution, Merchandising, Finance, Logistics and Warehouse support teams.
  • Effective and efficient inventory management to facilitate (FEFO) First Expiry, First Out, to negate expiries and aged inventory both in- house and in the trade.
  • Liaise with brand manager to ensure strategies, plans and executions are aligned.

Channel Marketing Representative

Description

  • Responsible for co-developing, leading and executing the channel strategies and the related execution plans.
  • Accountable for execution of Shopper Marketing initiatives aligned with the Brand and Company objectives and standards.
  • Heavily involved in promotion design and trade visibility execution.
  • Support in achieving  of the budgeted sales objectives for Customer Management areas

Requirements

  • Minimum of Diploma in Marketing or similar field
  • At least 2 years’ experience
  • Must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsibility for the co-development and implementation of all shopper Marketing programs in alignment with the objective of the Brand and Company with specific reference to brand volume, visibility, and promotion objectives to encourage consumption and reinforce brand positioning for customers and consumers.
  2. Accountable for the delivery and achievement of the shopper marketing objectives of all brands within the assigned channel
  3. Visit trade frequently to implement shopper Marketing objectives improve brand visibility & identify growth opportunities
  4. Provide Brand Team with a monthly trade execution plan by brand and channel – to be shared the last week of the month for the coming month.

  7. Coordinate distribution of all BTL requirements to ensure timely delivery in accordance with execution standard i.e. posters, banners, tent cards, etc.
  8. Liaise with promotional service providers to coordinate all sampling and other, “Push” activations in support of brand strategies.
  9. Ensure the effective and efficient management of signage resources at events and on-premise trade outlets to ensure brand and sales strategies are achieved.
  10. Liaise with customer, consumers, and service providers to obtain information that contributes to the achievement of Shopper Marketing objectives.

Brand Manager

DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand consumer Segmentation to best implement effective strategies for Targeting and Positioning.
  • Sound understanding and effective use of all elements of the marketing mix; putting theory into practice.
  • On-time and in-full preparation and execution of Strategic Brand Plans while monitoring progress.
  • Complete trade visits and report on Trade and Market analysis of brand and competition performance.
  • Develop and implement trade, merchandising, marketing, and promotional activities to support brands including advertising, communication, digital and social media (Who, What, Where, When, How and Why).
  • Attend promotional activities and analyze effectiveness of programme, providing written analysis with comprehensive Return On Investment (ROI) details.
  • Monitor brand plans while maintaining agreed marketing budget (Advertising and Promotion Spend), provide updates, plan adjustments, and provide monthly reports of expenses versus budgets.
  • Conduct brief surveys and research to understand trends, consumer insights and behaviours.
  • On-going and strategic meetings and discussions with Sales and Merchandising teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with Logistics, Warehouse and Finance.
  • Inventory Management and Stock Provision/Aging planning
  • Achieve monthly revenue and gross profit (GP) budgets
