At AMTL, Christmas is about giving and spreading cheer, and our Annual Children’s Christmas Party allows us to do that. This year AMTL celebrated Christmas with our friends from St Ann’s Orphanage for Girls, St. Johns Bosco Orphanage, Hope’s Children’s Home, and some of our little friends in Berbice at our Annual Christmas Children’s Party. ANSA McAL, on Thursday, 27th October 2022, commemorated its 30th anniversary by launching a spanking new building in Palmyra Berbice which now houses our Berbice Branch that comprises office space, warehousing, ANSA Mini Mart, ANSA Motors and the Colour Shop. This journey for a permanent, ANSA-owned residence for the Berbice facility started over fourteen years ago. Lucozade Guyana partnered with Guyanese International football player Vurlon Mills to launch his academy’s Youth Football Outreach Program, which targets children in vulnerable communities.
Boys and girls representing communities such as Albouystown, West Ruimvedlt and East Ruimveldt got the opportunity to learn football skills and showcase what they learned by competing against each other as teams from each community for three (3) days at the GFC Ground on the 13th -15th August.
